ATL Impact runs this ticketing site at atlimpact.com. This page explains what we collect when you buy tickets, why, who else handles it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect

  • Your Google account basics — your name, email address and profile picture, when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, which checkout asks for so we can reach you if anything changes about an event or your order.
  • Your billing address, when you pay by card. It goes to our card processor with the payment.
  • Your orders — which event, which seats or tickets, what you paid and how, and anything you write to us in the order note.
  • For Venmo and Zelle payments, the name your payment came from, so we can match it to your order.

How we use it

Only to run your tickets: to hold and sell you seats, confirm your payment, email your receipt, let you see and manage your orders, and contact you about the events you've bought for. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to your tickets.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Authorize.Net on their own secure payment form. Your card number goes straight to them — it never passes through or is stored on this site. We keep only what they send back: the card type, its last four digits and the transaction reference.

Venmo and Zelle payments are sent directly to our account through those services, outside this site. Their own privacy policies cover those payments.

How Venmo and Zelle payments are confirmed

When you pay by Venmo or Zelle, the organiser receiving it gets the usual notification email from Venmo or their bank. Those notifications are forwarded to this site, which checks they genuinely came from Venmo or the bank, reads the payer's name, the amount and the payment note, and marks the matching order paid. The email itself isn't kept — only those details, with your order.

Google user data

As an alternative to forwarding, the organiser who receives Venmo and Zelle payments can instead connect their own Gmail account to this site with read-only permission. This applies to that organiser's mailbox only — it does not involve customers' Google accounts.

  • What is read: only the payment notification emails sent by Venmo and by the organiser's bank for Zelle, in a single Gmail label set aside for them. Other mail isn't searched, opened or stored.
  • What is kept: from each payment notification, the payer's name, the amount, the payment note and when it arrived — enough to match the payment to an order and show who paid. The email itself isn't stored.
  • What it's used for: matching payments to ticket orders and marking those orders paid. Nothing else. The permission can't send, change or delete email.
  • Who sees it: this site's administrators. It isn't shared with anyone else, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine-learning models.
  • Withdrawing it: the organiser can disconnect from this site's settings, or remove access at any time from their Google account under Security → Third-party access.

ATL Impact's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of services to run the site, each only for its own part: Vercel hosts it, MongoDB Atlas stores its data, Google provides sign-in (and the read-only mail access above), Authorize.Net processes card payments, and our email provider sends your receipts.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history for as long as you have an account, so you can see past tickets and we can answer questions about them. Unpaid reservations that expire are deleted when they lapse.

Your choices

You can update your phone number at checkout at any time. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have your account and orders deleted, email us at share@rebillia.com.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
