These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of tickets for events organized, promoted, or sold by Business In Motion d/b/a ATL Event (“ATL Event,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using this website, purchasing tickets, reserving admission, or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to events listed, sold, organized, or managed by ATL Event, including current and future events. For past events, these Terms reflect ATL Event’s current policies and do not modify completed transactions except where legally permitted.
1. About ATL Event
ATL Event organizes and sells tickets for events in the Atlanta area. Our events are open to the public, although many events are designed for the Israeli community and may be conducted partly or fully in Hebrew.
For questions, support, ticket changes, or event-related issues, contact us at:
Email: moran.avidan22@gmail.com
Phone: +1 (770) 256-1024
2. Tickets and Admission
Most tickets sold through this website are digital tickets or digital reservations. After purchasing, customers may be asked to show their name, confirmation, or identification at the event entrance.
A ticket purchase reserves admission for the event and ticket tier purchased, subject to these Terms and any event-specific rules. Some events may offer different ticket tiers, such as general admission or VIP admission. Unless specifically stated otherwise, ticket tiers do not include assigned seat numbers.
Customers may purchase multiple tickets under one name. ATL Event reserves the right to verify purchases online and confirm admission at the door.
ATL Event may deny entry if a customer cannot be verified, does not appear on the guest list, provides false information, fails to follow event rules, or violates these Terms.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person only if ATL Event is notified in advance and confirms the transfer.
To request a ticket transfer, contact us by email or phone before the event. ATL Event may require the purchaser’s name, the new attendee’s name, and other information needed to verify the purchase.
Unauthorized transfers, resale, or attempted misuse of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Ticket prices shown on product pages may not include all applicable taxes, service fees, processing fees, or other charges. The final price will be shown at checkout before purchase is completed.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment may be made by credit card or debit card through the website checkout.
ATL Event reserves the right to correct pricing errors, ticket listing errors, event description errors, or technical issues. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to resolve the issue, cancel the order, or offer an alternative.
Payment processing fees and service fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless ATL Event decides otherwise in writing.
5. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Except as stated below, ATL Event does not provide refunds for missed events, schedule conflicts, illness, travel issues, change of plans, failure to attend, or other personal reasons.
Refunds may be available only in the following situations:
- Event Cancellation: If ATL Event cancels an event, customers will be contacted and refund options will be provided.
- Primary Performer or Speaker Change: If the primary advertised performer, speaker, or featured guest changes, customers may contact ATL Event to discuss refund options or alternatives.
- Other Situations Approved by ATL Event: ATL Event may, at its discretion, offer a refund, credit, transfer, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.
If an event is delayed, postponed, or rescheduled, customers should contact ATL Event by email or phone to discuss available options. A postponed or rescheduled event does not automatically guarantee a refund unless ATL Event states otherwise.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours, although the time it takes for funds to appear in a customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Event Changes, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
ATL Event reserves the right to cancel, delay, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify any event at any time.
Event details, including date, time, venue, performers, speakers, program, seating, food and drink availability, and event format, may change.
If ATL Event cancels or reschedules an event, we will make reasonable efforts to contact purchasers using the contact information provided at checkout and help resolve the situation.
ATL Event is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, emergencies, venue issues, illness, security concerns, government restrictions, travel disruptions, technical failures, or other unexpected events.
7. Entry, Conduct, and Removal
ATL Event reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any person from an event at any time if we determine, in our sole judgment, that the person’s conduct is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Hate speech, harassment, intimidation, violence, threats, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Attendees must follow all event rules, venue rules, staff instructions, and security procedures. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
Food and drinks may or may not be allowed depending on the event and venue. Attendees are responsible for following the rules of the specific venue.
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals as required by applicable law.
8. Children and Minors
Children may attend ATL Event events unless an event listing states otherwise.
Some events may have event-specific age restrictions, content notices, or entry requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing event details before purchasing tickets.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for minors attending an event with them. Minors must be supervised at all times.
9. Photos, Videos, and Event Media
ATL Event may photograph, film, livestream, record, or otherwise capture media at events.
By attending an ATL Event event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and agree that ATL Event may use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photos, videos, social media posts, marketing materials, promotional content, websites, and other media, without compensation to you.
ATL Event is not required to notify attendees individually before taking or using event photos or videos.
10. Communications and Mailing List
By purchasing tickets, signing up through the website, or providing your contact information, you agree that ATL Event may contact you about your order, event updates, schedule changes, ticket information, customer support, and future ATL Event events.
ATL Event may send promotional emails about future events. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those emails.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. ATL Event is not responsible if you miss important event updates because your email address, phone number, or other information was incorrect or outdated.
11. Privacy and Payment Information
ATL Event may collect information needed to process ticket purchases and manage events, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, order details, and attendee information.
Customer information is used for ticketing, customer support, event communication, website operation, and future ATL Event communications.
Where available, customers may choose to save payment information for future purchases through the website checkout system. Saved payment information is handled through the checkout and payment system used by the website.
ATL Event does not sell customer information. We take reasonable steps to keep customer information private and secure, but no website, checkout system, or digital platform can guarantee complete security.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its normal operation.
You may not use the website to submit false information, make fraudulent purchases, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt checkout, scrape content, copy materials for improper use, or engage in abusive, unlawful, or harmful activity.
ATL Event reserves the right to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, or improper orders.
Content on this website, including event names, text, graphics, photos, and branding, may not be copied, republished, or used without permission from ATL Event, except for personal, non-commercial use related to attending or sharing information about an event.
13. Limitation of Liability
Attendees participate in ATL Event events at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATL Event is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, property damage, travel costs, missed transportation, hotel costs, parking costs, or other expenses connected to attending, attempting to attend, or being unable to attend an event.
ATL Event is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind at an event or venue.
ATL Event’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific ticket or order giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
14. Event-Specific Rules
Some events may have additional rules, restrictions, age limits, venue requirements, security procedures, ticket policies, or refund terms. If event-specific terms are posted on the event page, checkout page, ticket description, confirmation email, or communicated by ATL Event, those terms apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and event-specific terms, the event-specific terms will apply to that event.
15. Updates to These Terms
ATL Event may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website, purchase of tickets, or attendance at ATL Event events after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
